A Remarkable Win Of Pakistan

Aslamoalaikum!

Most probably you have watched the match between Pakistan & India.

Do u like it?

Yes Yes I like it.

It was a remarkable win! isnt it?

I think that the real key was the devotion to the country.

What do u think?

Do tell me about that!

Have a look at this devoted team!

Dont u see their devotion.

There's one more thing which i want to tell u all.

On Day 5, two of my friends said that Pakistan can never win this Test Match. Because Pakistan donot have such match winning players. I think this is just an excellent answer to their question.

The Story of The Pakistan Day

23rd March 1940................

"Hindus and the Muslims belong to two different religions, philosophies, social customs and literature. They neither inter-marry nor inter-dine and, indeed, they belong to two different civilizations that are based mainly on conflicting ideas and conceptions. Their concepts on life and of life are different. It is quite clear that Hindus and Muslims derive their inspiration from different sources of history. They have different epics, different heroes and different episodes. Very often the hero of one is a foe of the other, and likewise, their victories and defeats overlap. To yoke together two such nations under a single state, one as a numerical minority and the other as a majority, must lead to growing discontent and final destruction of any fabric that may be so built up for the government of such a state".
(Quaid-e-Azam)

The Resolution declared: "No constitutional plan would be workable or acceptable to the Muslims unless geographical contiguous units are demarcated into regions which should be so constituted with such territorial readjustments as may be necessary. That the areas in which the Muslims are numerically in majority as in the North-Western and Eastern zones of India should be grouped to constitute independent states in which the constituent units shall be autonomous and sovereign".

It further reads, "That adequate, effective and mandatory safeguards shall be specifically provided in the constitution for minorities in the units and in the regions for the protection of their religious, cultural, economic, political, administrative and other rights of the minorities, with their consultation. Arrangements thus should be made for the security of Muslims where they were in a minority".

The Resolution was passed on March 24. It laid down only the principles, with the details left to be worked out at a future date. It was made a part of the All India Muslim leagues constitution in 1941. It was on the basis of this resolution that in 1946 the Muslim League decided to go for one state for the Muslims, instead of two.

Having passed the Pakistan Resolution, the Muslims of India changed their ultimate goal. Instead of seeking alliance with the Hindu community, they set out on a path whose destination was a separate homeland for the Muslims of India.

My dear friends, today, after 65 years, we have to see where we stand. What we got and what we lost. The Pakistan Resolution was passed to give us a country where we can practice our religion Islam independently, where equality, justice, love and tolerance can be implemented, where Muslims can get full chance to develop in the competing world.

This was its purpose. But now! What we are doing with this beautiful gift. We have forgotten the sacrifices made by our forefathers, we have forgotten that we are Muslims, we have forgotten that Pakistan is our dear motherland, infact, we have forgotten ourselves. We are trying to be like the Western people, trying to adopt their rubbish culture, we have forgotten our National Language but we don't want to forget English. We have left our own precious culture but we don't want to leave the outsider one.

Its time to analyze, its time to relook, its time to reconsider, its time to rethink. Think, what you are and what you should be. Have a look at the building below

What this building shows to you? Does it remind you anything?
You would say:
"Yeah Yeah! Its the memorial built on the place where the Pakistan Resolution was passed."

But my dear! Do you know why it was built?
To remind you that someone has given sacrifices for your comfort, to remind you that someone has worked very hard to make you live in an independent environment, to remind you that you are its pillars, to remind you that you will have the Strings of Pakistan in your hands.

So Come on! Lets stop hating our country!
Come on! Lets love Pakistan!
Come on! Lets work hard not for ourselves but for our Pakistan!
Come on! Come on!

The motherland is waiting for you!

Love Pakistan Build Pakistan

NED University in Procom 2005!

Aslamoalaikum!

It is to informed all of you that NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi participated in Procom 2005, a hardware and software competition organized by FAST-NU Karachi. Our University won the 1st prize in Hardware Competition for its looming monitor.

Our team was favourite in the Counter Strike Gaming competition but was defeated terribly by some school children. Have a look at the Spider's Statement:

Perhaps the most exciting moment came when tiny, four-foot-tall creatures from the Bay View School roared with laughter after beating their (much taller and older) opponents from NED University who had been cited as the favourites for the Counter Strike tournament.

I just want to say that

Pray For NED university
